Two (2) Confederate Leather Holsters, including .44 and .36 caliber. 1st item: Military Style Leather Flap Holster for a .44 caliber Army Revolver. Brown leather, single stitched with riveted belt loop. 14" H x 6 1/2" W. 2nd item: Leather Flap Holster for a .36 caliber Navy Revolver. Brown leather, single stitched with closure strap and handmade belt loop. 13 1/2" H x 6" W. Provenance: Estate of Jim Maconkey, Landrum, SC. CONDITION: 1st item: Very well made. There is a break at the top of the flap but still stable. No plug is present. Stitching is sound. 2nd item: The leather has some checkering. Closure strap stitching has come undone at left side. The back of the holster is cut out for the belt loop. Possible old glue repair interior across top of flap.
