Grouping of five (5) Chinese Export porcelain items. 1st-2nd items: Chinese Famille Rose Mandarin cream pitcher and coffee cup, each having polychrome enameled decoration of figures in detailed outdoor setting. Pitcher: 4 1/4" H, Cup: 2 1/2" H. Both early 19th century. 3rd item: Chinese export Rose Medallion caudle cup with cover, bell shape with double looped handles, domed cover with gilt fruit finial, polychrome figural and floral, bird and butterfly vignettes. 5 1/2" H overall. Third quarter 19th century. 4th-5th item: Chinese export Rose Medallion large teacup and saucer, both with gilt scalloped rims, polychrome enameled decoration of figures in four alternating panels of figural and floral, bird and butterfly scenes. Cup – 2 1/2" H x 4 3/4" dia. Saucer – 1 1/4" H x 6 1/4" dia. Third quarter 19th century. Provenance: The Estate of Judith E. Crosland, Knoxville, TN. Mrs. Crosland's father worked for the United States Diplomatic Corp. and the family lived in China for three years during her childhood. CONDITION: Items in overall very good condition. 1st item: Cream pitcher possibly altered at point. Wear to gilt. 2nd item: Wear to gilt. 3rd item: Weat to gilt. 4th-5th items: Minor wear to gilt.
