Woman: In All Ages and In All Countries, Vol. I-VI, VIII-X, First Edition, No. 515, by Mitchell Carroll, Ph.D., et al., 1907. Published by George Barrie and Sons, Philadelphia. Octavos, 3,691 total pages printed on Japan vellum paper, including frontispieces and illustrations with tissue paper guards, three-quarter green leather with marbled-paper sides, gilt trim to covers and gilt lettering to spines, five raised hubs to each spine, marbled end papers, gilt edged pages. Approximately 8 5/8" H x 6" W x 1 5/8" D. Provenance: the collection of Frank Ingraham, Tap Root Farm, Franklin, Tennessee. CONDITION: Overall good condition with wear, foxing spots, toning, areas of dampstaining/acid burn, pencil inscriptions, etc. to be expected from age and manner of use. Does not include volume VII. Illustrations are collated.
