English Sheraton wingback chair in tawny brown leather upholstery, with a straight seat, rolled arms, nailhead trim, and turned Sheraton wood legs. Seat with rail configuration underside and blocking. 46 1/2″ H x 34 1/4″ W x 23″ D. 19th century.
PROVENANCE: Estate of Judge John Nixon, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Leather with scattered overall abrasions, seat with damage to the right side. Previous could have been used as a commode or chamber chair.
