English Regency or American Classical Center Table, mahogany and mahogany veneers with oak secondary wood; circular black marble top with molded edge over a hexagonal baluster form pedestal and tripodal plinth base with carved volutes and demi-rosettes at ends, raised on ball feet. Dimensions: H: 27 3/4 inches x 38 1/4 diameter. 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of David B. Person, Holly Springs, Mississippi.
CONDITION: Some surface wear, scratches and some minor stains to marble; repairs to veneer around circumference of top and minor repair to base and pedestal.
