1st item: French Sevres green porcelain tea caddy with gilt bronze mounts and cover, diamond-shaped jar with a circular neck and gilt bronze cap having filigree anthemion bronze mounted shoulder decoration and hand-painted laurel wreaths in white reserves with gilt highlights. Hand-lettered "M. Imp de Sevres" mark to underside. 5" H x 4 1/2" W x 3 1/4" D. 19th century. 2nd item: Royal Vienna porcelain tea caddy or perfume jar hand-painted with scenes of Jupiter and Calisto on one side and Rinaldo and Armida on the other. Gilt stenciling on cobalt blue background to sides, and slip beaded decoration to edges and sides. Beehive mark to underside. 6" H x 3" W x 2" D. Late 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Edward Laudermilk, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: 1st item: Excellent condition with minimal wear. 2nd item: Some minor wear to gilding at edges, overall good condition.
