1st item: Italian Faenza Majolica Renaissance style hand-painted ceramic charger depicting a jeweled blonde woman wearing a pink dress and pearls surrounded by grisaille cherubs, mythological beasts, fruit bowl, and foliate scrolling on cobalt ground. Partially legible inscription "…Faenza" to underside. 16 1/2" dia. 20th century. 2nd item: Italian Majolica Deruta polychrome charger with central classical allegorical scene surrounded by Rafallesco style border featuring grisailles grotesques, masks, and scrolling decoration on a cobalt ground. With black interlocking "AP" mark en verso. Fitted with a wire hanger. 21" dia. 19th century. 3rd item: Italian Istoriato Faenza cobalt decorated earthenware wall charger with an all-over armorial scene featuring Roman soldiers in front of a battlement. Underside with blue maker's mark and fitted with wire hanger. 24" dia. 19th century.

CONDITION: 1st item: Overall very good condition. 2nd item: Crazing to glaze throughout One area of retouching to central image and to edge of rim, visible under blacklight inspection. Some staining to glaze, underside. Chipping to rim, largest area 1/14" L. 3rd item: Some scattered areas of glaze loss to the perimeter and several areas of old restoration.
