Carved, stained and paint decorated wooden and iron watch sign in the shape of a pocket watch, both sides with faces painted in black Roman numerals on white ground. The watch is suspended on an iron round bale. 20-1/2" H overall x 13" W x 2-1/2" D at stem and 2-1/8" D at watch. Mid to late 19th century. Provenance: Loudon County, TN collection. Condition: Overall good condition. Wooden stem partially broken. Minor losses on face decoration, especially at wooden joint near base. CONDITION: Overall good condition.
