Large giltwood mirror with arched tympanum having shell and foliate ornamentation with medallion accents, arched silvered glass surmounting the central rectangular mirror glass, outlined in ribbon molding; pierced foliate scroll and shell ornamentation to outer edges. 62 1/2" H x 36 1/2" W. 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Peggy Lambert, Maryville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Minor scattered shrinkage cracks to wood; scattered wear to gilt including two minor areas of loss, largest 1/4" x 3/4". Minor scattered desilvering.
