Large Chinese Export Famille Rose porcelain polychrome enamel and parcel gilt meat platter with impressed channeling and deep well to one side, raised on two feet having central figural scene with small figurative landscape vignette at left side surrounded by an intricate border of fret, floral, and precious object decoration. 15" H x 19" W x 2 3/4" D. 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Collection of Dr. Joe Newsom Rawlings, Davisboro, Georgia.
CONDITION: Overall good condition with scattered wear to polychrome enamel and gilt, largest area measuring 1" x 1/2". Shallow chip to one foot measuring 1" x 3/4". Additional loss to one foot measuring 1" x 3".
