Small Chinese white biscuit porcelain gourd form vase with intricate relief molded dragon decoration, including articulated eyes to the dragon on the lower body; foo dog or temple lion decoration to the top of the body and temple lion mask handles with articulated bail rings. Impressed seal form mark to the base. Fitted with a hardwood stand. 5 1/4" H. 19th century. CONDITION: Some slight losses to relief carving on surrounds of dragon vignettes. One line of residue above one dragon (no visible break) and some removable residue noted at base.
