Louis XV style Veilleuse a la Turque or petite chaise lounge, featuring a descending painted beechwood serpentine frame accented by hand carved rosettes, with padded arm rest and a scalloped apron, raised on five cabriole legs. Ivory linen or linen blend upholstery. 34" H x 54" W x 24" D. Late 19th/early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Pia Stratton, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: The frame is in overall very good condition with minor wear to the paint. The piece has been recovered in a neutral linen or linen blend, but retails all of the original straw and horsehair stuffing.
