Stamped "France" en verso with partial handwritten signature lower right " France. V.G____" . Rust colored velvet mat. Carved and pieced giltwood frame. Plaque 12" x 8 1/4". Frame 22" x 18". Circa 1900. Provenance: The Estate of Celia (Cece) Webb, Nashville, TN. CONDITION: Condition: wear and shrinkage to frame, wear and losses to rust colored velvet mat. Plaque is in excellent condition.
