Aesthetic Movement pedestal with square, apricot mottled marble top, ebonized wood carved column mounted with gilt bronze caryatids, lion and gargoyle masks and rose swags. 46" H x 14" square top x 14 1/2' x 14 1/4" base. American or English, third quarter of the 19th century. Provenance: Private Knoxville, TN collection. CONDITION: Overall good condition with approximately 3 splits in column, one 1/4" loss and some missing screws.
