Lot 265: 3 Antique Turkman Yomud Asmalyk Textiles

Three (3) antique Turkmen Yomud Asmalyk pentagonal weavings, wool on wool, all with central serrated diamond designs, two with tassels. All woven in colors of red, blue, and cream. 3 ft. 11 in. x 2 ft. 4 in., 3 ft. 10 in. x 2 ft. 0 in., and 4 ft. 3 in. x 2 ft. 8 in. All last Qtr. 19th century.

PROVENANCE: Private Des Moines, Iowa collection.

CONDITION: All in overall good condition. Some tassel losses to one textile.
