Three (3) Toleware items. 1st item: Toleware megaphone with black and gilt paint. 27" H. 2nd item: Toleware shoe shine box, oval form with black with gilt trim and stenciled flower decoration, with shoe rest to the top nad opening to one end for storage. 8" H x 10 1/2" W x 7 1/2" D. 3rd item: Toleware box on stand, the box with stenciled lettering reading JAMES LINDSAY, M.D./ I. THE CIRCUS BATH., together with a custom iron stand. Box: 11" H x 17 1/2" W x 12" D. 23 1/2" total H with stand. All items 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Patricia Kiegel, Nashville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: All items in overall good condition with expected wear and general use losses. Box with some minor denting to the top, megaphone with areas of scattered denting.
