Small Chinese Zhou or Zhou style bronze figural censer of circular, tripod footed form with molded decoration to sides, animal head mask and two oblong pierced side handles. Circular, slightly curving cover has cat form finial handle with raised lip. Overall – 3"H x 3 5/8"W x 3 1/8"D.
PROVENANCE: Found in a Nashville, Tennessee estate.
CONDITION: Significant oxidation and wear. Lid may not be original to base.
