One large ceramic tureen and round platter manufactured by Geschutzt Co., transfer printed decoration of elves producing wine for Bacchus,markings of 1028, 2339, 26, 98 on base and old breaks to base and 3 handles and several hairline cracks. 16 1/2" overall Ht x 16" W (at handles), 17 1/4" D of platter. German, early 20th century. Provenance: Fleury estate of Knoxville, Tennessee.
