Persian Kashan area rug, wool and cotton, blue center medallion, red field, secondary colors of ivory, green, blues and pink in floral sprays and spandrels. 80" x 48 3/4". Circa 1920-1930. Provenance: Estate of Bill Zarnon, Gatlinburg, Tenn. Condition: Selvedge rebound, pile lower on one side in red field area; some scattered knots exposed.
