Three (3) Werner Wildner (Nashville, Tennessee, 1925-2004) watercolor and gouache on paper paintings of gnomes, including one (1) depicting the profile of a male gnome dressed in orange with a pointed hat and carrying a pumpkin in a grassy field against a picket fence; one (1) depicting a male gnome from behind, dressed in red with a blue pointed hat and balanced on a ball while holding a cane; and one (1) female gnome, her face obscured by her hair, holding a spike in her left hand with an owl perched in her right hand. All initialed "W." lower left. All housed and matted under glass, male gnomes in matching metallic silver wooden frames, female gnome in a wooden frame. Sights ranging in size from 8 5/8" H x 8" W to 10" H x 8" W. Frames ranging in size from 14 3/4" square to 24" H x 20" W.
PROVENANCE: Private Nashville, TN Collection.
CONDITION: All items in overall very good condition. Not examined outside of frames.
