Pair of Framed Chinese silk embroidered panels, each depicting two of the eight Taoist immortals, one panel depictis the immortals Li Tieguani and Ho Hsien-ku and the other panel depicts Lu Tung-Pin and Lan Tsai-ho. All figures are stiched with mulit-color and gilt threads on red silk grounds. Housed in groove carved painted wood frames with linen mats and gilt liners. Sight: 42" H x 12 1/4" W. Framed: 48 1/2" H x 19" W. Late 19th/Early 20th century.
CONDITION: The red silk grounds for both panels have some fading and horizontal shattering to fabric. Embroidered figures overall very good condition.
