Four (4) assembled Japanese decorative items including one (1) Mengei bottle form pottery vessel having a green ground and white slip decoration, one (1) Satsuma Moriage bottle form vase with foo dog handles and immortal decoration, black seal mark to the base, one (1) round lidded Imari jar, the lid with cobalt foo dog finial, and one (1) black lacquer small dish with royal figural decoration and vignette decoration to the rim. Ranging in size from 1/2" H x 6 3/4" dia. to 9 1/2" H. Ranging in date from Late 19th century to Early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: Collection of John H. and Carol R. Evans, Farragut, Tennessee.
CONDITION: All items in overall good condition. Satsuma vase with shallow fleabites to base, staining to base, and light rim wear; plate with minor losses to back of rim edge and some white specks to surface; some staining to underside of Imari jar.
