Moser attributed oval center bowl with applied floral enamel and gilt decoration to rim and body, raised on a brass four footed base. Overall very good condition with slight wear on base and wear to gilt on rim. Brass base probably added at later date. 6" H x 12 1/2" W x 7 1/4". Late 19th – Early 20th century. Provenance: Knoxville, TN estate.
