Large East Tennessee stoneware pottery jar, possibly Greene County, tall tapering form, with an applied pulled handle and a cobalt splotch on the shoulder. 18 in. H. Late 19th century. Note: there are other examples of this form found in the Greene Co. vicinity.
PROVENANCE: Estate of Donna C. Rogers, Greeneville, TN.
CONDITION: Scattered chipping to the spout and the base.
