Bronze abstract sculpture by Andreas (Andy) F. Loewy (American, 20th century) titled "Playtime". Signed and dated 1983 on the base. 36" H x 30" W. Note: Loewy is an Associate Professor of Industrial Design at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. Prior to academia, Loewy was a designer of products, and he worked in the fields of architecture and sculpture.
PROVENANCE: Deaccessioned by the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Foundation to benefit the acquisitions fund.
CONDITION: Overall very good conditon with light wear.
