Labeled "EA…" in pencil, lower left below image, signed "Agam" in pencil, lower right below image. Typed label, en verso. Housed and double matted under plexiglass in a gilt metal frame. Framed: 32 1/4" H x 49 1/4" W. 2nd item: Serigraph titled "Tapestry Graphic I," numbered "80/180," depicting white rectangles against a black vertical background.
