1st item: Basket form Meiji Satsuma porcelain koro or censer with arched handle, pierced lid with foo dog finial, and three molded feet. The sides are decorated with scenes of figures engaged in tea ceremonies. 7 1/2 in. H x 4 1/2 in. D x 5 1/4 in. W. 2nd item: Rare Satsuma porcelain figurine depicting a standing child, holding a puppy. Incised signature to underside of base. 5 3/4 in. H. 3rd item: Satsuma porcelain drum-form box decorated with figures to lid and geometric designs to side. 3 1/2 in. H x 4 1/2 in. Diameter. All Japanese, late 19th to early 20th century.

The estate of Ann B. Lee, Franklin, TN.
CONDITION:
Repair to dog’s tail on Koro lid finial, and firing flaws at one handle and feet. UV light inspection shows possible restoration to child figure’s neck and back of base, and 1 tiny spot of overpaint or chip restoration on dog. Drum box in very good condition.
