2 Lloyd Freeman (California/Tennessee, 18741930) oil on board artworks. 1st item: Small oil on board abstract landscape with cows. Signed and dated "1907" lower left. Housed in a contemporary gilt wood frame. Sight – 6 1/2" H x 11 5/8" W. Framed – 7 3/4" H x 12 3/4" W. 2nd item: Unsigned oil on board seascape, unsigned but attributed to Lloyd Freeman (California/Tennessee, 1874 1930) . Sight – 5 7/8" H x 12" W. Framed – 7" H x 13 3/4" W. Note: Lloyd Freeman was the nephew of well known Knoxville artist Lloyd Branson (1853-1925). Provenance: Descendant of the Branson family. CONDITION: Seascape with craquelure and exfoliation of paint upper right corner. Landscape with inpainting spots to upper left corner, upper left/middle margin, and right corner. A couple of small spots in the landscape foreground.
