Published by Shozaburo Watanabe with the publisher's "B" seal, lower right margin, used 1927-32. Unframed. 10 3/8" H x 15 11/16" W. 2nd item: Original Utagawa Hiroshige (Japanese, 1797-1858) Kichizo Tokaido horizontal chuban woodblock print, No. 18, Okitsu: Shiohama, Kiyomigaseki, from the series 53 Stations of the Tokaido Road, 1847-52. Published by Tsutaya Kichizo, c. 1850, with publisher's seal, lower right. Hinge mounted to paper backing. 7" H x 9 3/4" W. 3rd item: Painting on silk depicting three travelers navigating a road. A fourth figure crosses a bridge before a distant mountain. Housed in a contemporary wooden frame. Sight: 12 3/4" H x 10" W.
CONDITION: 1st item: With creasing and handling wear including fold to sky along upper edge of image. Two pinhole punctures to upper margin at left and right. 2nd item: Overall good condition, commensurate with age. Grime to the margins, four pinpoint punctures to right margin. Hinge mounted to backing with glue to left and right corners of sheet's upper edge. 3rd item: Painting with fading and scattered accretions. Frame with abrasions and losses throughout.
