Unsigned. Old dealer label for John E. Tyler, Roxobel, NC en verso, also pencil signed verso “No. 198″ as lot____. Later frame. Canvas: 29 3/4″ H x 24 7/8″ W, Sight: 29 1/8″ H x 24 1/2″ W, Frame: 36 3/4″ H x 32” W. Probably English School, late 18th century. Provenance: Collection of James and Marlin Phythyon (Sanders), Nashville, Tennessee, purchased in the 1960s from John E. Tyler of North Carolina.
