Four (4) Asian silver cups or beakers. Three (3) of similar but not identical design, each with overall repousse scrolling and floral motif and shield cartouche. One with trophy inscription to rim: "Quar Wood Rifle Competition Won By Jock Gibson 1893". Unmarked. One (1) cup with repousse floral design emanating from base, marked 900 DWM to underside. Others unmarked. Tallest: 3.625"H. Combined weight: 15.34 ozt. Each XRF tested; 3 test between 89-92 silver content. One cup decorated with floral design emanating from base is not silver with a weight of 4.52 ozt.
PROVENANCE: The estate of Hunter Kay, Franklin, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall good condition, wear commensurate with age.
