Southern, possibly Kentucky, Sheraton two drawer stand or work table, cherry primary, poplar secondary. Square top with line inlaid edge, above two dovetailed drawers with oval line inlay and brass bail pulls flanked by reeded stiles, and resting on reeded legs and turned feet. 30 1/4" H x 19 1/2" W x 17" D. Circa 1820.
PROVENANCE: Private Illinois Collection.
CONDITION: Older refinish, with some scattered use wear and abrasions. Top with minor staining.
