Chinese Rose Medallion porcelain umbrella stand or floor vase with bands of raised medallions around the top and base. 30 1/2″ H X 8 1/4″ dia. Mid-to late 19th century. CONDITION: Extensive old repairs to three-quarter of the perimeter of the top, beginning and terminating at the rim and extending down at the longest point to 8 1/2″. Possibly two separate breaks. Interior of rim with chips to glaze. Overall craquelure to glaze.
