Brass fusee movement skeleton clock, likely Continental, having a chapter ring with seratted edges, black enameled Roman numerals and black markers. Unmarked. Mounted upon a round black wood base that is fitted with a glass dome. Clock: 11 1/4" H x 6 1/4" W. Overall with dome: 14 3/4" H x 9 1/4" dia. 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Collection of Harvey and Leslie Ann Phillips, Vonore, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Retains a pendulum. Pendulum wheel appears to work. Fusee movement not tested for functionality or guaranteed.
