The bust of George Washington, obverse, Washington and three other riders viewing the battle, reverse. 2-5/8" diameter. Post 1830. 2nd item: Alaska Artic Exploration medal after the original gold Tiffany & Co. medal awarded to Dr. Elisha Kent Kane for his Artic expeditions and for searching for the lost Franklin expedition. Two men, representing Morton and Hans, with dogs, on coast of Alaska exploring the Open Polar Sea, obverse, Eagle above shield between seated History and standing Liberty, reverse. No maker's marks. Includes fitted box. 3-1/8" dia. 1857. 3rd item: Louis Philippe I medal designed by Jean Pierre Montagny (French, 1789-1862). The bust of Louis Philippe I, Roi de Francais, obverse, Arc de L'Etoile, reverse. 52.2 mm, 2" dia. 1806. 4th item: Louis XVII, 2nd reign medal. The head of Louis XVII with "COLLECTIS EX-AEGYPTO GRAECIAQ MONUMENTIS", obverse, The Venus de Milo in front of the Denderah zodiac supported by two Egyptian figures, reverse. 2" dia. 1815-1824. Provenance: The Estates of Olen Bryant and the late Vanderbilt University art professor Thomas Brumbaugh, Clarksville, Tennessee.
