Continental Neoclassical style copper relief plaque with gilt bronze frame; the copper plaque depicting 3 putti cavorting in the water with sea creatures, surrounded by a gilt bronze frame modeled as a continuous swag of husks. Unsigned. 14" H x 12"W. Continental, mid to late 19th century. Provenance: the estate of Lucille Svitzer Brady (Mrs. Frank B. Brady), formerly of Annapolis, Maryland. Condition: Light oxidation in crevices and some scattered surface wear, overall good condition.
