Japanese Meiji Satsuma porcelain floor vase, the body accented with moriage and clusters of small shards of glass, enclosing central enameled vignettes of birds and flowers on deep blue and brown grounds. The neck is decorated with images of precious objects, including tea pots with finely painted landscape scenes. 31 in. H x 12 in. diameter. Japanese, late 19th to early 20th century.
