Two (2) American Pilgrim Century T-base candlestands, comprised of mixed woods including cherry, tiger maple and pine. 1st item: Stand with octagonal shaped plain walnut top on a shaped tiger maple standard and tiger maple t-shaped base with bracket feet. 27 1/4"H x 16 1/2" W x 13 1/2" D. 2nd item: Mixed wood stand with plain circular pine top, maple support, turned cherry standard and cherry t-shaped base with one turned foot. 25" H x 17" dia. Both American, Late 17th to early 18th century. Provenance: the estate of Christine Rehnke, Nashville, Tennessee. CONDITION: Both items refinished. 1st item: General wear with some stains to top. 2nd item: Remnants of old green paint to underside of base. Wear to top around pegs. Wear with some slight losses to top edge.
