Three (3) Southern split oak baskets including one (1) melon form having ribbed construction and three "shoe" supports to the base and two (2) round-ribbed and lobed shaped carrying baskets. Ranging in size from 9" H x 11 1/2" W to 12" H x 16 1/2" W. All Late 19th/Early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Donley and Eunice Hill, Andersonville, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Smallest basket with losses to weavers one one side and to rim. Medium basket with losses to rim and near one handle, some unknown residue to interior base. Largest basket with very minor losses to rim, some white residue splatter.
