Two (2) Limited Edition European Fountain Pens. 1st item: Waterman, France Signe Edson fountain pen, numbered 024638 to top of clip, 18 karat yellow gold medium nib, emerald green transparent resin barrel, gold tone snap-on cap held by three gold tone spring-loaded studs, gold tone clip and clip band. "FRANCE" and number stamped to left and right of clip, "WATERMAN" and "PARIS" stamped to center band, Waterman logo with "18K 750" to front of nib, "M" to reverse of nib, additional hallmarks to band below nib. Includes a blue leatherette case, booklet, and blank lifetime guarantee card, all housed in a Waterman box with an additional exterior box. Fountain pen: opened: 6 1/4" L, closed: 6" L. Case: 1 5/8" H x 8 1/2" W x 3 3/4" D. Outer box: 2 3/4" H x 9 1/8" W x 4 1/8" D. 2nd item: Caran d'Ache, Switzerland fountain pen, numbered 0319/1997 to bottom of barrel, 18 karat yellow gold medium nib, red enamel barrel and screw-on cap with gilt Chinese characters reading "One country, two systems," two bands of faceted Swarovski crystals to top and bottom of cap, gold plated brass bands, grip, and clip. "Gold Plate 'G'," logo, and number with additional logo stamped to bottom of barrel, "CARAN d'ACHE (logo) SWISS MADE" stamped to top of cap, "CARAN d'ACHE" stamped to grip, (logo) "M 18C-750" stamped to nib. Does not include box or paperwork. Opened: 5 1/2" L, 6 3/8" L. Note: This pen was designed by the architect Tao Ho to commemorate Hong Kong's return to China in 1997.
CONDITION: Both items in overall good, gently used condition with light surface scratches. Nibs have been inked. Need to be cleaned. 1st item: Cracking, flaking to leatherette case. 2nd item: Does not include box or paperwork. Slight bend to tip of nib.
