Southwest Virginia Sheraton cherry work table with turned legs, poplar secondary wood. Overhanging top over a plain skirt and tall Sheraton turned legs terminating in ball, inverted cup and spike feet. 29 7/8" H x 28" W x 24 5/8" D. Circa 1840-1850. Provenance: Brad Swanson Collection, Abingdon, VA. CONDITION: Substantial surface wear and staining to the top of the table. Base retains old patina with general use wear.
