Caldwell, Jr. lists Bruno Hugo Steif as an apprentice watchmaker working for George Washington Donigan in Nashville, 1860, and by 1866 on his own as a jeweler). Teaspoons have additional mark STERLING and monogram GAH. Tablespoons have additional mark for Whiting and the word COIN and are monogrammed JKD. All Circa 1866-1870. 12.2 oz troy total weight.
