Obadiah Sherratt style pearl glazed earthenware figural group with table style base and lustre highlights, titled "Tee Total". Scene depicts a woman holding a baby, next to a table laden with tea wares, and a husband with hand on head. Two towers and spray bocage background. 8-1/2"H x 7" L x 4-1/2"D. English, early 19th century. Provenance: the estate of Elsie Seabrook, Tunica, Mississippi. Condition: Crazing, 1/4" chip at right edge near man's foot, scattered minute flakes to back and to side of woman's dress and arms. Blacklight reveals woman's head has been reattached, man's arm reattached and repainted, all tea pieces show restoration and/or possible replacement, repaint to table base top, restoration to bocage, particularly on back.
