Tennessee green and white coverlet, Maryville Woolen Mill. Corners inscribed "M.W.M. Tenn." Borders decorated with eagles, birds, potted flowers, foliage, and dogs carrying flags, center field with foliage decoration. 72 1/2" x 80". Late 19th century. The Maryville Woolen Mill Co. in Blount County, Tennessee operated from 1874 to 1906. Condition: Some fading, wear to fringe, minor holes and stains.
