Two (2) Spanish Colonial Cuzco School religious-themed paintings including one painted on canvas depicting John the Baptist and a dog and another painted on leather depicting a saint holding a cross-staff or scepter, possibly St. Francis of Assisi. Unframed. 15 3/4" H x 9 3/4" W and 14" H x 11" W. The painting on canvas is 19th century and the painting on leather is 19th century or earlier.
CONDITION: Both paintings have scattered moderate wear and losses. Leather painting with scattered exfoliation to paint.
