Art Deco period lamp in the form of a pavilion, featuring a cold painted spelter metal female dancer in red costume by Italian sculptor, Ignacio Gallo. Her hand rests against one of the gilded columns. Circular molded alabaster base and removable domed alabaster shade. Alabaster shade rest scratch-signed "Italy". 14-1/2"H x 7" diameter. Continental, second quarter of the 20th century (Research courtesy Phil Morris). Condition: Stain on underside of shade, light scratches and a few minute nicks to alabaster base. May need rewiring.
