Collection of blown and molded glass barber bottles, including four (4) green examples and seven (7) cobalt examples, with hand painted floral enamel decoration, some with additional gilt decoration, with the exception of two. The green example without enameled decoration is marked on the base "N. Wapler/NY". A few retain stoppers. Lot also includes one (1) green vase with hand painted floral decoration. Items ranging in size from 7" H to 9 1/2" H. Late 19th/Early 20th century. Provenance: Estate of internationally known ragtime pianist and historian Johnny Maddox, Gallatin, TN. CONDITION: A couple of bottles with fleabites to the rim. All with overall general wear. A few retain metal stoppers.
