The chinoiserie gilt decorated interior fitted with seven covered compartments and two compartments with twelve card trays, decorated with card faces or gilt vignettes. 4 1/2" H x 15" W x 12 1/4" D. 19th century. 2nd item: Chinese export lacquer storage box, sarcophagus form with serpentine sides having gilt vignette decoration of figural landscape scenes framed within cartouches. 4" H x 11" W x 8" D. 19th century.
