Two (2) Franklin Mint Antique Car Sterling Silver Coin Collections, Series I (1968) and Series II (1969), each housed in the original navy album. Coins depict automobiles from 1901–1925. Series I examples include Franklin Barrel Hood, Lozier Light Six Sedan, Buick Sedan, and Chevrolet Superior. Series II examples include Phelps Tractor, Lambert Friction Drive, White Town Car, and Duesenberg Straight 8. Each set contains twenty-five (25) coins, measuring approximately 1 in. dia., each coin weighing approximately 0.24 troy ounces, for an overall weight of about 6 troy ounces per album (12 troy ounces total). Both albums accompanied by books with detailed descriptions of each coin. Each album measures: 10 1/4 in. L x 10 3/8 in. W x 1 in. D.

The estate (Irrevocable Trust) of Waltraut H. Mizell, Nashville, TN.
CONDITION:
Some creasing to the outside of the albums and residue to the inside of the Series II album. Coins in overall very good condition. Medals were not examined outside the closed plastic case, nor were they individually weighed.
