East Tennessee decorated stoneware jar, attributed to Charles Decker of Keystone Pottery, Washington County, TN. Cobalt decorated flower of several petals to both sides, stamped "3" to top of rim, and cobalt decoration on base of the pulled handles. 13 1/8" H. 3rd quarter 19th century.
